How to be productive over the summer pt.2
Hello everyone! Welcome back or welcome to my blog! I hope you are ready for part 2 of how to be productive during the summer! This is literally so hard to do considering the amount of free time you have, and the fact you've been working your brain all year! Today's tip will ensure that you can have a fun summer and get all your work done!
Tip#2
Finding time
Finding time
Now that you have a to-do list, you're either trying to complete everything instantly, or procrastinating everything. No matter which one you relate to, both of them don't have the best outcomes. By rushing everything when you don't need to, your stress levels can rise and you'll miss out on having a good time, or just a relaxing day. You may have the mindset that once everything is completed, you'll have the rest of the summer to do whatever you want. This isn't 100% true though. You won't have as much time left and all fun things to do such as parties and other social events, will be over and everyone will be preparing for the new school year. And so will you. Back to school shopping, orientations, uniform shopping, and so much more! You won't have any time to relax at all! And of course with procrastinating, yo won't get any work done at all or end up rushing all of it 2 days before the first day. You don't want that either. Therefore, you will need to time everything so that you don't have to face these 2 fates. At first, you're probably like, "really Hera? Who has time to schedule out their summer?" well, I think it will please you to know that that is not what I mean at all. What I mean is that you should limit yourself to a certain amount of time for work, and then find days or pockets of time where you can work on it. Here is an example list showing how you can go about this.
ex.) Summer Work Schedule
- read to kill a mocking bird (atleast 30 mins a day) until complete
- work on essay (30mins-1 hour a day)
You can then add on other assignments and even schedule specific dates if you know you will be free that day. With this, you can pick and choose when to work on things and still have time to go to the beach, or vacation with family.
*side note: sorry this is out so late I was busy today and was also working on my summer reading. I'm sorry but my work is more of a priority. I still got it out though so make sure to read the last one and have a great summer!
bye! ā¤
p.s my birthday is tomorrow if you care at all :Pš
